Vehicle Wash Systems - Typhoon Vehicle Wash System
The improved design of the TCS Typhoon will make every second count to deliver the required clean result. The Typhoon underbody and wheel wash system delivers a very high volume of pressurised water to all areas of the chassis and wheels. The lower exterior surface of all vehicles and the wheels will have all mud and soil removed by the high volume output. The wash is fully automatic throughout and requires no operator intervention.
The Typhoon vehicle wash equipment is fully relocatable and can be easily reinstalled on new civil works, for a minimal cost.
Additional arches can be added to the underbody wash system to give a full body wash.
"Tornado" Internal Tanker Wash
2000 litres per minut at high pressure, the internal tank wash system is designed to wash the inside of tankers carrying powdered cargo - flour, cement, etc.
The highly effective foam application arch can be installed
on any of the TCS full body systems. The total all over full foam
applicator can be adapted to retro fit any existing wash system
currently in use.

The above ground sediment separator uses gravity to simplify the removal of the collected sludge from the base of the separator.
The cost of water today demands an efficient waste water treatment system to be available when large volumes of water are being called for. Flocculent used in the treatment system will enhance the effectiveness of the high volume sediment separators to ensure a fast return of cleaned water to the header tank, available for the next wash.
Water disinfection can be achieved by either an automated chorline
dosing system or by ozone injection system. Ozone is generated on
site from atmospheric oxygen and has no consumables other than power.
